Agenzia Territoriale per la Casa della Provincia di Torino (ATC)

ATC Torino is the Housing Authority of the Province of Torino, a public agency which has the social obligation to provide low-cost apartments for specific categories of low-income citizens and the ones other public agencies entrust to it. ATC is involved in house construction and plant engineering, project management and public works execution. ATC is responsible for the implementation of the rehabilitation measures in the Arquata region.

Azienda Energetica Metropolitana di Torino Societá per Azioni (AEM), Turin

AEM is a municipal utility which produces and distributes electricity to 540,000 customers and heat to 250,000 customers. AEM is responsible for the experimental operations in the Arquata district heating network.

Centro Ricerche Fiat Societá Consortile per Azioni (CRF), Turin

CRF is an industrial organisation which is responsible for the promotion, development and transfer of innovation to improve the competitiveness of its clients and partners which include the different companies in the FIAT Group, automotive suppliers, companies from other industry sectors, SMEs and national and international research agencies. The main role of CRF is the development and implementation of intelligent communal energy management systems in close collaboration with the research centre zafh.net.

Politecnico di Torino (PoliTo)

The Politecinco di Torino is a top level institution devoted to technical-scientific education. The administration and various departments of the school are committed to the promotion of scientific research. The Dipartimento di Ingegneria Elettrica Industriale, which is directly involved in the project, is an expert in research and teaching in the field of power electrical engineering ranging from simulation of electromagnetic fields and design of electrical machines to power electronics and drives.

Comune di Torino (ComTo)

ComTo is the municipal government of the City of Torino, the capital of the Piemonte region. In particular the Assessorato alle Politiche per la Casa e Sviluppo delle Periferie will be involved in the project. Its responsibility covers the following areas: technical and administrative activity related to public buildings, electrical and special plants and public lighting, projects for peripheral areas, and programmes for urban requalification.
