Registration fee
The conference is with costs.
The participation fee:

• 75,00 € + 7 % V.A.T. for participation at only 1 conference day for non project partners
• 150,00 € + 7 % V.A.T. for non project partners
• 100,00 € + 7 % V.A.T. for students for the wohle conference (50,00 € for participation at only 1 conference day)
• Free of charge for project partners of CITYNET and POLYCITY

The participation fee includes the participation at the CITYNET Workshop (incl. lunch and refreshments), POLYCITY Excursion, Conference (incl. lunch, refreshments and conference documents,) as well as the evening event and party (including buffet and refreshments)

Registration Information
On receipt of your registration you will receive a confirmation to the e-mail address you have sent us. The invoice will be sent separately to the address you have entered unless you inform us otherwise. Please transfer the participation fee within 14 days of receiving the invoice. Your registration is considered binding on receipt of your payment. Cancellations should be made in writing.
Cancellations received before 8. September are free of charge. Thereafter the whole amount will be payable, however you may be substituted by a colleague at any time.
A substitution of the registered participant is possible but should be made in writing.

In accordance with German statute, we inform you that your details will be stored electronically for automatic processing.
